  • Jewel of the early twentieth century, Roman Villa Maraini is an impressive work of the ticinese architect Maraini and stands on an artificial Hill from where you can enjoy a fantastic panorama at 360 degrees for Rome and its surroundings. It is the seat of the Swiss Institute. You can only visit by Monday afternoon, waiting in line to tour for only 5 euro per person. NOT TO BE MISSED.

Some have retained the original furnishings, very charming garden maintained with every care and regard, notable the panoramic view from the Lookout Tower which exploits the General view from colle pinciano, after St Peter's, the dominant building for height across Rome.
