  • I was there yesterday and I was amazed. The exterior is stump on the side of the road for the enlargement of the Prenestina route itself in the second half of the last century. Too bad there is no one to ask about the structure, I had to go to Wikipedia to inquire. The structure dates back to the time of Emperor Hadrian a few years before the birth of Christ, in fact it has the same style as the tomb of Emperor Hadrian himself. Anyway I found the structure interesting. All around there is a small park with children's games and a few benches...

  • It is worth visiting only when in the summer the inhabitants organise the annual festival. Otherwise it's place to shop, garbage and dubious acquaintances, and yet it would be a little oasis on via Prenestina.

  • It was definitely one of the most imposing and majestic mausoleums tumolo, shaped with a diameter of more than forty meters contained in a massive circular drum, visible but not accessible from the beginning of the Prenestina and at via Colleoni. Its present appearance, very bleak, is due to the dual action of looting over the centuries by travertine that covered and the Elimination of the mounds of Earth just after the second world war; a further mutilation took place on the occasion of the extension of the via Prenestina with the removal of part of his drum. Passed through various owners during the 19th century it belonged to the Irish Dominican fathers who built a House and dug a well, still exist.

  • A small park in the suburbs of Rome was really nice but could be better
  • Nice but small, could have more benches.
  • Nice
  • A historic and evocative place, immersed in the urban reality of the pre-nest district. The park is carefully maintained by a group of citizens, with a strong civic sense, led by the mythical Angel, who deals with cutting the grass and throwing garbage.

  • a nice little-known "little"little park. It also features a play area. Clean and well maintained with all the benches in order.
