  • Birthday at the spa I spent the most beautiful birthday ever together with my dearest friends in a spa in the center of Rome! For the Organization of the evening I did everything with Lorraine the head of the spa, super efficient, quick and I must say that I really recommended it for the best I reserved the moon spa . Beautiful, well-maintained, gorgeous and warm pool at the right point, with lots of hot mouths. Fantastic sauna and steam room!! You can change the color and lights inside creating a beautiful atmosphere, music from YouTube and giant screen. The rich aperitif with wonderful and freshly made fried, prosecco wine and champagne. Stefano, Fabiana, Simona, Priscilla and Valeria assisted us in a very efficient and discreet way. Super clean and functional changing rooms with shampoo in the showers and many hair dryers. In short, a beautiful evening for me and all my friends!!!! Thank you all

  • Last week I organized my partner's birthday party. I have been in the facility several times both to evaluate what could be the best solution for me and to implement the surprise. Lorena, the head of the Spa, is a fantastic person, super helpful and with 1000 ideas to suggest. The spa I chose (Maya) is really a gem. ideal for this kind of event and the number of people we were. We were found 2 bottles of prosecco and sotf drinks for all guests. It was a good afternoon. I highly recommend it.

  • My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our city break and it was a lovely experience! From the arrival point to checking out, our treatment was 5*! They couldn't do enough for us! The receptionists spoke good english, very informative and above all - friendly! Carolina did a smashing job as she first checked us in. Our room was bit smaller than we expected but it was modern and clean. Our room was cleaned and towels changed every day. We had also booked buffet breakfast with our stay. The breakfast was good. Lots of variety to choose from. The person serving us and everyone else was Josaphine. She was a trooper! She was the main person doing everything in that section. She was quick to tend to people's requests and always had a smile on her face even when she was rushed off her feet! I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again! Without a doubt! The location is brilliant. We were a stone throw-away from the Tram which took us to the centre of Rome within 15mins. The tickets we bought from our hotel for 1.5 euros each (one way) which was a bargin in comparison to what we pay in London for buses, let alone the undergroun!! Thank you Trilussa Hotel for making our first time stay in Rome memorable! :)
  • Me and my wife stayed for 2 nights at the Trilussa Palace in Rome. We arrived at midday and had to wait until 1400 for a junior suit room to be ready. This is actually stated in the invoice but I wasnt aware. Our luggage was taken up to our room and it was a nice surprise to see rose petals had been placed all over the bed to celebrate our 10yr anniversary. The Junior suit is fairly big, however does look alot bigger in the online photos. The bed was very comfy, the best I have ever slept in. There was a huge TV mounted on the wall, with no english channels though apart from the news! There is a mini bar, with beers and coke etc.... The spa rooms are excellent, we chose the Mayan Spa, which cost €130. It is the most expensive spa, but definatly the best looking in my opinion. You get 1hr 15 mins for that price and pay more for extra time. So just be aware the spa may not be included in your hotel price. We had bed and breakfast included, it was great. Lots of choice. The hotel is located 50m from a tram station, so access into the city centre is very easy. Overall a top hotel and highly recomended!!!
  • Nice, clean and the attention really good!! The coffee very good and also the breakfast!
  • My wife and I stayed at the Trilussa Palace Hotel for our honeymoon with the anticipation of having a relaxing spa day while in Rome. We both booked massages and 2 hours in the Domus Spa. After our spa visit, I ended up having a painful and infected rash on my thighs (most likely through a combination of the massage and spa room being unsanitary). It was extremely painful and uncomfortable, and ruined the remaining time we had in Rome. I asked for a refund of the spa trip via email and they said the matter had been “passed to management.” After calling and emailing multiple times, it was obvious they were completely ignoring my request. Between the unsanitary conditions and unprofessional handling of my original request, this is an awful hotel. I would not recommend anyone stay here, let alone use their spa facilities.
  • Trilussa Palace Hotel Congress & SPA is a fantastic hotel. We stayed four nights in October and had a fabulous experience. The amenities were wonderful, including the loaner cell phone. The roof-top bar offered an awesome view, refreshing drinks, and appealing snacks. Above all, the customer service was outstanding.
