  • When I was a kid my parents often wore a Monte Mario, and finally after years I was able to go back! The view is absolutely breathtaking, only here you are really able to admire the indescribable beauty of Rome! I would recommend to go up to lover's Lane for a super view and then descended to the lower vantage point to admire the views otherwise hidden by trees.

  • Don't think I'll return to Rome if not for work, well paid. At the park entrance theft professionals can't wait to make a good haul with tourists. Unfortunately I was there for work. Stole everything, clothes, equipment, computers etc. They had to shoot three stations between policemen and police before you can make a complaint ... The paradise of cliché!

  • Don't fit the typical places of tourism. But it offers a view over Rome. Also in the summer to enjoy moments of relaxation and escape from the heat of Rome. The Observatory then is very nice, but difficult if not impossible to visit

  • Highest point in Rome but unfortunately too many trees that block your view to the city
  • A park that is part of the network of protected areas managed by the Roma natura, a spectacular green area with a route immersed in Mediterranean forest, at times with a trail of medium difficulty and points where you can enjoy a spectacular view over Rome with views of the dome of St Peter
