We, my wife and I once again enjoyed a visit to Rome for our birthday. On this occasion, our children and in-laws booked us a food tour for two at Rex Tours for our stay and gave us a gift. We stayed at the meeting point for the booked day (easy to find) and were immediately welcomed by Leo and Arturo. After a short explanation we started our guide with Arturo. The tour took us around Piazza dei Fiori and Piazza Navona. This led us to various facilities of pizza, cheese, fried, balsamic, pasta dishes, and other Roman specialties among others we have drunk in Café Eustachio the best café you can get in Rome. Our guide Arturo by the way a German Roman, explained to us so much of the districts that are not to be found in any travel guide, finally we walked over the Tiber to Trastevere to enjoy the best ice cream. Arturo has taken a lot of time for explanations and has nisused it all. The tour lasted about 4 hours and was never boring. We can recommend this tour 100%. For our next visit to Rome we will book an e-bike tour with Arturo. Thank you ArturoView original -
