  • Perhaps little known, certainly not visited, on the other hand to visit it just turn its streets, is the Coppodé district, that district is not exactly, but it's the set of fifteen Liberty buildings, almost magical. The name of this zone is due to omaggiodall ' architect Gino Coppedé, who designed from the beginning. An original image that surrounds the town, there is an elegant fountain. Easy to find and to visit, is behind piazza Buenos Aires (also known as the square) near the city centre and Termini station, near the Parioli district.

  • When one passes under the Arch of the Palace of the ambassadors, under a large monumental chandelier, one enters a completely separate neighborhood in Rome as if we entered a dream: the architect Gino Coppède composed an urban island of several villas combining Gothic, medieval, ancient, or Baroque references here. There are marbles, gloried balconies, wrought iron, profusion of columns, sculptures of bas-reliefs portals often fantastic subjects. The fountain of frogs, in the center of the small square Minzio at the Villa of the spider, can't ask the eye on a façade without being attracted to a strange symbol, mosaic, or an intriguing architecture. It's no wonder that this area was used to film set to Dario Argento. Be sure to take a walk through this mysterious area that completely change of scenery you and will make you, like Alice, "the other side of the mirror"...

  • Away from the Center and outside the main tourist routes, is not the right destination if you have a few days in the city. Due to its location it may be a complement to the visit to Villa Borghese. Near the Piazza Buenos Aires this quiet residential area of eclectic and surprising buildings is located.
