  • Pastry known throughout Rome, for its sweet but above all for his legendary cake with ricotta and chocolate that is really great, the place is traditional fare, there are tables so you only take way; the ghetto is a charming place (near the Tiber island which in turn is close to trastevere) full of other exceptional restaurants.

  • You won't find any sign, but will recognize because you will see the line outside and feel an inviting scent that fills the air. We have tasted the sweet almond and candied fruit chunks full of Hebrew. You can also eat the lactose intolerant. Given the large number of people have to decide first what to choose because when it's their turn do not have much time to decide. Desserts however, even according to other patrons, are good everyone.

  • My wife and I were enticed inside by the aroma of fresh baked pastries. This very simple shop had a limited number of offerings the afternoon we visited but everything looked like it was freshly baked. We ordered the same exotic looking pastries the customers in front of us were ordering. I have no idea what the pastries were but they were both pretty good albiet very sweet. Prices were a little on the high end. Definately worth checking out if you are walking by and your blood sugar is low.
  • Some things here are delicious! My husband and I are obsessed with their almond "cookie" like pastries. Their sugar "donut" rolls aren't special, however. The line gets pretty insane if you go around 10-11am, so be aware of that!
  • Delicious experience. He liked us, despite the pace of food intakes we have done, it's a good excuse to find a terrace and order a coffee to get out of the bag this sweet

  • Little shop with ricotta cheesecake and small chocolate cookies. A lot of locals are buying here. If you don't expect much from the pictures, you have to try a slice of the burned ricotta cake (the cake have to be burned like this) small bakery with ricotta cheese cake and small chocolate cookies. Seems popular here to, especially from the Jewish quarter with the locals. Loading is very subtle and almost no tourists. Try the half-burnt ricotta cheese cake (belongs to) is still an insider tip...
