  • An extraordinary building. Rich in culture and art, as well as history. Very nice and at least that, well maintained. Too bad for us Italians when we think of this Palace, we think about the bad end who make our money. But apart from all this building is worth seeing. No can see Rome by day. Arrange to see it all maybe a little at a time

  • Took advantage of the free visit of the first Saturday of every month, visit very interesting but too bad not being able to take pictures without flash are not paintings that get ruined, you always see on tv, I just don't understand why you can't photograph ... it would be a beautiful reminder of a very interesting and complete, with the gift of the Constitution ...

  • Palazzo Madama (Italian pronunciation: [paˈlattso maˈdaːma]) in Rome is the seat of the Senate of the Italian Republic. It was built atop the ruins of the ancient baths of Nero, next to Piazza Navona. The terrain had been acquired in the Middle Ages by the monks of the Abbey of Farfa, who later ceded it to France.
  • Palazzo Madama-seat of the Senate of the Republic-can be visited on the first Saturday of the month. Visits are suspended in August. Free visits lasting about 40 minutes, are cared for by staff of the Senate, which will illustrate the main historical, artistic and institutional aspects of boardrooms and of the most suggestive places in the Senate. Logon hours is from 10.00 to 18.00. To visit the Senate will need to pick up a free ticket to access occurring at the entrance of Piazza Madama No. 11 on the day of opening to the public from 8.30 onwards. Each visitor may request, subject to availability, up to four tickets if adult and a ticket if a minor, choosing between 10.00 and 18.00 hours with intervals of 20 minutes.
