  • One of the beautiful palaces located in the heart of Rome, currently home to the Dante Alighieri School of Studies, is a casket full of frescoes and stucco and has a precious interior garden. Usually not visitable (only on FAI days)

  • We couldn't get in because we arrived at 3pm and even though the closure was at 6pm the queue was so long they were no longer allowed to queue.

  • Palazzo Florence, long the seat of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany in Rome, hosts with its prestige the headquarters of the Dante Alighieri Society, a valuable institution that deals with the spread of the Italian language around the world. Built in several stages still offers the visitor its Renaissance appearance, interesting interior courtyards, a garden enriched with small archaeological remains and a succession of rooms and closets full of frescoes, stucco and refined carvings. Usually closed to the public, it was possible to visit it during the days of the FAI in spring 2019.

  • Quiet Piazza amidst a bustling city center.
  • With nice view and good art work
  • Guided tour of the Palace of ' 500 by the FAI. Entrance courtyard adorned with a beautiful column portico with ionic capitals. The interiors of the palace rich in mythological frescoes really beautiful and interesting. I can affirm that the long line of waiting born at the entrance was richly rewarded by the visit.

  • Elegant palace with Renaissance lines, belonged to the Medici family of Florence. Beautiful courtyard with six arcades, columns, capitals and lodges. Interesting, entering to the right, embedded in the walls, you can see a marble hydrometer for measuring the floods of the Tiber River. On the other hand, a significant epigraph describes the last stages of World War I.
