  • Lovely welcome. Very professional. We explains the origins of hams with pleasure and taste. Delicious. Great choice of cold cuts and cheeses. Family business removed from the city centre and its tourist flow. Frequented by the Romans themselves.

  • This is what would have to be brought back... a suitcase empty full Paciotii Salumeria products. Much better than bring magnets and keychains, visit this shop is something essential if you want to know a real shop of typical food Italian. We had to catch a bus with 18 stops to get there, but it was worth it. The assortment is overwhelming, I would say. A huge amount of local food, with a wide range, great prices compared to most downtown shops and, best of all, the customer service. It is a family business we explained the charming Luca, who took a good time with us giving us a masterclass of the types of cheese, prosciutto, pasta... It was difficult work deciding but we finally had an assortment of cheese and a bit of prosciutto. The provolone, which we have not been able to wait to open it, is exquisite, nothing like what you can find here. So they packed you all vacuum and labeled it to you, so that you can transport it without problems. I was wanting to take me mozzarella fresca di bufala, but Luca had a detail to tell that not we take us because to contain liquid, we could have problems on the plane. We could not be more pleased with the treatment and the sympathy of Luca, and the quality of their products. It is a highly recommended site that any lover of Italian food and local businesses should visit. Please, involving it in the tourist guides!
