  • While interesting to me the extent of the excavations is pretty limited. I was hoping to see more. That being said, it is a part of Rome I had not explored. The story behind the stadium and knock off ...  read more »
  • Don't spend time or money on this: we DIF and regretted it. You can actually see most of it from above
  • I have finally been able to lower. The place is not very big, but you get the idea perfectly how was the old stadio domiziano, arches, stairs, walls, sculptures, is very well represented and has a space for children to make crafts. By the way children do not pay.

  • The place is fine, but it's overpriced at 8 euro. It's a small area of ruins. It's an interesting story and the videos reconstructing the stadium were interesting, but the space itself isn't worth the money in my opinion.
  • The entrance is from a store, you go down a few steps and you find yourself in a wonderful space

  • In addition to the endless things to see in Rome area also offers many attractions and archaeological sites underground. Here, beneath Piazza Navona, one can see part of the remains of the stadium of Domitian which stood right where it is now one of the most famous squares in the world. Another example of the incredible construction skills of the ancient Romans!
