  • Private museum Mario Prats located next door to the Museum of Napoleon, entrance literally next door. This House-Museum of the famous art critic, writer and collector, connoisseur of English culture 20-th century. His house is a large collection of decorative and applied art, paintings, sculptures, miniatures, who helped to "dive in the beautiful" to its owner, and now the tourists.

  • The Museum is open every day, only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and at certain hours and by appointment, free admission. The visit comes with a guide, who will tell about the history of the collection and its owner. Very interesting experience, especially if you speak Italian.

  • The House contains tons of very interesting art objects that are worth a visit. What baffles me is the texture of infinite stories that tie these objects, many of which the tenant of the apartment went to look for at the end of the world. Nothing is there by accident. Each object is tied to a trip, our friendship, to an idea or an obsession of the author and is placed in its place according to recondite reasons that is a pleasure to listen to. Author, Yes, because the House itself is a work of art. The guided tour is conducted by highly trained people even less obvious aspects of this place.

  • For now only a curiosity to a place so rich in decorative art with a philosophy behind! Must not be a common place and I want to know! Deserves 5 ️ already ⭐
