  • The Museum is nice to visit, may appeal to children not too small and allows you to spend a pleasant afternoon (a few hours) differently than usual. There are several carriages, guides are available, the price is not excessive, you park easily ... When we went, for children there was a laboratory of comics with a professional designer. Try to go when they repeat these events, and try to participate in the first round.

  • The Museum is not widely advertised, but it deserves to be visited. Located in a side street of via Ardeatina (height Rome 70) presents an exhibition of 3000 sqm with carriages from various periods (from 700 onwards), chariots (used in the movies of Ben Hur and Gladiator), stagecoaches, emergency vehicles of firemen, postal and military transport, barrels, Sicilian carts and to complete the collection even some Roman armour and period costumes. Ticket price includes a guided tour, 7 euros. Free parking nearby. On some Sundays is provided for enabling children's workshops, to be booked on the website or by phone, if you want to participate.
