  • It's since I was a kid that I was shooting between these banks looking for a boss, I grew up attending the market of via Sannio, and I'm sad to see him reduced under these conditions. To get to the bottom you have to pass a barrage of asphyxiating characters who would love to sell you something. You can't move to a tour that immediately you are someone attached to the neck that starts to brainwash for appiopparti something. The product brand name and quality "Lahiri" either but, hearing the trader, seems to come from the best French boutiques. Better go all the way, where in addition to finding people decidedly more sympathetic and less stuffy, you can try some little offer particularly among various banquets where you spend from € 2.00. In short, is well worth a visit as it is a typical market of Rome, but if you search the quality and courtesy it is best to go quite the other way.

  • There are two parts of this market. The first is a double line of stalls along a road. The vendors are pushy but you can really haggle them down. A 10 euro item can normally be knocked down to anythin...  more »
  • I love him, I grew up here and when I leave I'm missing, but I despise even obviously was better once sentence granted but alas always truthful ... then a clarification: the benches are now shops selling authentic but also warehouse store, fake, at rather high prices, in other words a rip off. The owners of the benches located along the rows are very annoying, and adept at making you buy what you don't want to buy, and most have a little criminals, which would seem a prerequisite for making the Peddler in Rome, together with the other requirement of knowledge or of kin, which is also essential to have a profession in Italy. Best to avoid them and get straight to the bottom, where you can buy an entire wardrobe with pennies: I'm talking of used products, which besides offering excellent articles between 2 and 10 euros a piece, are characteristic, lovely and friendly, so thanks to them I love via Sannio!! Comicissimi foreigners that mimic the "bancarellari" de Rome trying to speak our dialect with an accent a little exotic, and desperately trying to sell merchandise monotonous and of poor quality. At the beginning of the street to film lovers there is the best seller of DVDs in the area, with thousands of titles in 3, 5, and 8 euros.

  • Lots of falsified stuff and incredibly annoying sellers. You might find a good deal though.
  • Famous of Rome, mostly clothes. Many have the stand at Porta Portese on Sunday.
