  • One day I went to Rome and I also went to the butterfly house. There are beautiful colored butterflies, I found a crush, I put it on the leaves hoping that they would not crush it, it was beautiful.

  • The greenhouse, where a microclimate suitable for butterflies has been recreated, is small and cramped and in the heat certainly does not enjoy the spectacle _ as it should. However, it was worth it because it is not easy to see up close these masterpieces of Nature that fly around you in freedom. in general the butterfly collection is quite different and I have always refused to see them. The staff are friendly and helpful and luckily there is a parking lot (view of the area)

  • Really excessive the price for what you offer. A few butterflies, beautiful and colorful, yes, but I expected many more. Was the place, very small, supposed to be a reproduction of tropical forest? To me it seemed a set of plants in pots, which from a nursery are much better, and various objects... a table, chairs and a destroyed sofa... Tropical only the temperature! My six-year-old son, I say he is an enthusiastic lover of any living thing, after ten minutes he was already bored because he said there was nothing to do... it's never happened to me before! They could have given more explanations about the development of butterflies, the species present or otherwise invented something nice for the little ones since they were the majority of the clientele... I don't recommend it at all.

  • I came here with my kids (aged 7 & 9). They loved it, and they would have stayed much longer than we did. The butterfly house itself is rather small given how long it took us to get there (via bus) which I why I give it 4 stars. On the other hand, it is a greenhouse so you can only stay so long before you get too hot; it is not too expensive; and they let the kids hold the other bugs (cockroaches, stick insects). There is a playground outside, and the 118 bus (Piazza Venezia - Via Appia) stops right out front. There were lots of kids under 6 who really seemed to see the place as magical.
  • Under a small white marquee hides an environment suitable for these wonderful insects! Children and adults are captivated, between light wings and chrysalis from the alien structure. Different angles nice and colorful to make some shots of the beauty assured; the colorful and light-eyed butterflies fly around visitors and often pose on them for a while, as if to give a romantic souvenir photo. Currently the temperature inside is starting to be a little too hot and I also consider the request for the ticket to be expensive: about 6 euros per person.

  • The environment is small, very humid and warm, to create the ideal microclimate for the insects that live there. Butterflies fly freely, resting pleasantly on visitors. Cute, but we expected something more polished, given the great publicity. Ideal and instructive for children... A little less for adults! Price too high for what it offers!

  • A visit not only interesting and educational, but also surprising. The visitor does not go to see butterflies, but lives with them, enters their habitat and if he can find them on the head, on his shoulders, even on the ground (WARNING NOT CALPESTARLE!). I recommend ALL to go and admire these beautiful and colorful tropical butterflies. A tip: the space is very small, the climate too too much, so you get dressed as much as possible.
