  • at the salsa and bachata course, we had a great time thanks to the excellent and professional masters " Paco and Elettra Excellent outdoor pool clean and comfortable in equipment as well as the shower area that are reserved large and comfortable with hot water, like the indoor rooms where the technical/administrative staff is polite Cortese is available, as well as the SPA/relax Zone (perhaps only to review some jets to the whole pool).

  • I'm a 23-year-old girl and unfortunately I'm enrolled in this center. Attracted by the beautiful structure, all the activities carried out, summer pool, spa etc I decided to sign up. The rudeness and rudeness here seems to be the code of conduct of every employee (except for a few very rare cases). Let's start from the front desk: People who sometimes pretend not to hear you and not see you in order to avoid answering you, then continuing to give you your back while you call them over and over again. The other day a friend of mine came and, since I had to change, she waited for me sitting on the sofas at the reception, having pointed at the unmotivated looks of the girls at the reception, who looked at her badly and then talked between them, normal attitude for them. The bar: I understand well, doing this job too, that the boys and girls of the bar are under great stress, given the large turnout and the row that is created specifically on the side of the pool, but never like here I have seen so much rudeness , dry and acidic answers, people who raise their eyes sky if you order something or if you even ask for a glass of paper, a unique dislike. But let's get to the good. Pt and teachers courses ARROGANT, SACCENTI AND SBRUFFONS. the other day I was looking for a course to follow, within a little spent in a room oer ask for a very kind information, the insagnate turned looking at me from the head feet with a SCHIFATO look and then tell me super dryly "it's not here." immediately after you are turned around giving me my back and leaving me, aihme pitied by such unmotivated rudeness, in the middle of the room. I very much hope that measures will be taken to educate the staff to the relationship with the public because I want to feel abused because I am going to the gym. And I'm sure I won't advise as many people as I can.

  • If you need a quick workout, this is a well equipped gym. Although a tad pricey at 20 euros per entry, it makes up by allowing you to take part in all lessons available on that day. I must commend the spin class teachers for their patience, to offer guidance when he knew I did not speak Italian. Good work out!
  • Nice
  • I went to get me a quote for enrollment and attend first weights plus fitness classes. Believe me the consultant did not let me understand anything spoke for half an hour wrote me a price then crossed out then another then another then if you sign up within I'll take this away from you if not then you pay this... In short, moral of the fairy tale I came out with a sheet full of erasures made by her and I did not understand anything that would cost me. They are few clear and I think they do it on purpose

  • ESCAPE FROM THIS FACILITY. Inhuman prices in 3 adults 1 child we spent 68 euros. Pretty much as a 4-star structure. Instead of the pool it has a bathroom with 3 tiny free swimming lanes so you can sit on the side without lanes. You always touch it so it's useless to put lanes to pretend that you have Olympic swimming pools. Uneducated staff. Girls at the checkout who answer you badly. We asked for a refund which was denied. SCAPPATE from this structure. A NIGHTMARE

  • Review for the spa. I did both a facial cleansing and a massage. The cleaning went quite well. Maybe I expected more cleansing in the forehead or at least in general, instead of just in the nose area. But the massage went down definitely badly. Too light. Music that had headphone issues (and therefore occasionally felt bad) and staff outside the room who spoke too loudly and banged loudly. A message must be strong and relaxing. 2 things that are definitely missing.
