  • The place is very nice and well maintained, popular with tourists for its structure and the scenery can be enjoyed from the deck but also for exhibitions in the Museum inside, lots of details to be noted and the altare della patria, the equestrian statue of the King, wishing to surcharge you can hop on the upper terrace near the great chariot race. Nice to visit in outdoor at night too.

  • Of the works that made Hopper there is little. This sense of incompleteness is frequent at the Vittoriano, it often seems that the exhibits are of series B, sin.

  • This exhibit has 60 examples of Hopper's work, most of them from the Whitney Museum's collection. The exhibit is well organized, with audio guides available. If you are planning to be in Rome before i...  more »

  • I have seen the Edward Hopper and Antonio Ligabue exhibitions. Audio guide gave me much info and helped me having special insights of the American artist. Great exhibitions but lacking some iconic paintings of Hopper career. Ligabue was quite a surprising discover.
  • A space used for for-profit cultural exhibitions arranged by the Arthesmisia Group. I saw the Edward Hopper exibition. 14 euros, which included the audio guide, for 60 charming, minor works by the American painter. They were all lent by the Whitney who received them as part of Hopper'swifes bequest of 3,000 works. The Whitney can't hang all these in New York do might as well make a show out of them. Good production values Well lit and labeled. Courteous staff. Bathroom not that clean. Stairs involved in seeing this.
  • Very nice exhibitions, well organised with free audioguide.
  • Had a very good time here.
  • (Mostly) interesting exhibitions.
