  • A magical place and fun, I enjoyed it tremendously. My favorite attractions: Inferno, Aktium, the labyrinth. I recommend everyone live shows. To improve: the counts-tail and catering that at certain times only offers hot dogs.

  • Beautiful day in Cinecitta world full of excitement among the film sets and fantastic sights recommended to all age groups. Park really well maintained and clean great food at the saloon with tasty grilled burgers. They say I will see you soon in fact soon I did:) l subscription

  • I followed an event for Citroen to Park, I must say that all the staff were really helpful, professional and collaborative, I remain in your heart James, silent presence ready to help and solve any kind of problem, in addition to be a great connoisseur of the Park. Thanks to him I knew of goodies and I had no information about the attractions and studies that are part of the tradition of our cinema, and more. I think anyone who comes here must go away with these things in her heart.

  • Very hard to get to from Rome. There's one bus that leaves in the morning and that's it. We had to catch a bus to "Designer Outlet Castel Romano" which takes you right next to the park. You can take the bus from near Termini station, on via Marsala. The park is pretty small, but it has some nice attractions and you can have fun in it for 2-3 hours. For English speakers it's not so good, few staff people knew the language and even the map we received was in italian.
  • This seems to be an etxremely badly run operation and I have an urgent tale of caution for anybody trying to buy their tickets online - This was my experience: On the second-to-last day of our holiday in Rome, on the morning of April 5, 2018, I bought several tickets online for a visit to Cinecitta World on the following day, April 6 (bus ride and family tickets) in the value of 126,-EUR, using paypal. After my money was transferred I got a download link for the tickets. When using the download link I always got the same error message (I have a screenshot to prove it) that the download was not possible due to an internal error. II tried several times, using different browsers, but was not succesful. I contacted the hotline of Cinecitta World and got told that I have to send an email with the complaint which I immediately did. I got no reply. The next day I tried again to download the tickets, with no success. My family and me now changed our plans for the last day of the holiday, because we didn't have phsyical tickets which were necessary to enter the bus. We still didn't hear from Cinecitta World. In the late afternoon of April 6 I got the tickets for that day per email, but now it was much too late to use them, as the bus had already left and the park would have been closed. Directly after that we left Rome for Germany (where I live), we have no plans for visiting Rome in the future, it was a one-time event. Cinecitta World answered via the resolution center on Paypal, saying that the tickets are still valid, but we can't use them anymore of course. I tried to ask them again and again, but they just repeated the same information. I bought the tickets 1 day before we needed them, and their website (which clearly had problems) did not provide the service they promised, and they could not deliver the tickets until it was too late for us to use them. Therefore no service was received, they failed to deliver and I will most certainly not try to have business with them ever again. Be warned that the same might happen to you if you use their online services!!
  • Seems unfinished and looks like they intend to grow the park. So all the best for that however. If we hadn't had free tickets i would not been happy paying the price. Translation of English on the written signs were appalling. Very few staff member bothered to attempt to assist or converse with our limited itilain. Bright side rides were rather good and it's a clean park and generally clean and visually pleasing
  • It's fun to go for one time but it's boring if you go there a lot
  • Disappointing and lack of staff. Probably they expected to have more visitors so they reduced the staff and this creates a bad experience for visitors. All the attractions opens at 11:30/12:00 and even if there are few visitors you need to expect to wait a lot to enter any attraction. We won't come back.
