  • There are many people who visit this church to meet the architecture, there is even a service of headphones that guide on the frescoes and architectural works. But the purpose of our visit was another. We wanted to know about the life of Philip Neri. There are guided tours to quarters (but on specific days). Worth contacting the site of Church and mark! Otherwise, what happened to us: it was not possible to visit! Only with a lot of insistence, we got the Sexton would lead us to the quarters of San Felipe. And that experience! Amazing!! In addition, there is a shop where we can buy medals, books and pictures of the Holy joy. The products are so cheap because they are in silver and high quality materials, but it's worth remembering! It is also possible the prayer at the site where the Saint is buried. For devotees of St. Philip Neri with time by Italy, is worth a visit. There's a church where Felipe Neri was baptized, where you can find various relics of the Saint.

  • It is one of the biggest surprises that I took on this trip to Rome, because this Church I did not appear on any site recommended. The luck is that its location is a site of frequent step, next to the via Vittorio Emanuelle and close to Piazza Navona. It is very large and has several very interesting works of art, including a Rubens. In addition, they offer the possibility of using an audioguide for free even if it invites you to take a handout in a ballot box, which can be whatever you want, from several euro cents. I think a great idea, because it is normal that an audioguide her charge you and generally tend to be 5, 6 or €7. In addition, the Church is very but very nice. As a curiosity, I will tell you my personal experience, next to the church there is a supermarket and in front of it a plaza with benches and a source of drinking water (such as all the of Rome), so we bought some snacks and had lunch there himself, is one of the most beautiful memories I have of my trip.

  • Thinking only that going into this church, the second painting right (although it is a copy, the original is in the Vatican Museums) is a CARAVAGGIO.
