  • We were staying very close to the Colosseum and on its side passes the number 18 bus that drops you off at the door of the catacombs. We look forward to the Guide and it was really a great experience as well as learn a little more history this place that encloses. Not to be missed. Check the schedules of guided well to not wait in vain.

  • The catacombs of St. Callixtus are very different from the famosisimas of Paris, now that you are not the bones of the people there were buried. It is something different, the holes where the bodies were deposited are. No one knows the day of today if bad I do not remember in the tour, what happened to the bodies. Apparently when discovered them already had been desecrated. It is worth a visit, they are very nice. The venue in which are is fabulous, super cute, very green and super careful. And also what is really excellent that there are guided tours in several languages (Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and I think that some other more). Are not going to regret
