  • We enter by accident in this gastronomy, looking for a couple of sandwiches for lunch, and we find ourselves before our eyes the earthly paradise: salami and cheese of excellent quality in an environment of yesteryear. Many people in the neighborhood going shopping, very positive sign. We are served by a great lady, who apologizes for the wait (a few minutes ... where you can admire the local), and will prepare us between rosettes with pecorino romano cheese and Parma ham. Happy to have found this little place and I met people so delicious.

  • Define allegorically my "pusher" of pecorino. Each time, for work, I come to Rome I can't miss. The ideal is to go before 11 to ensure that you find the fresh ricotta. You really can't do without!

  • Went in this store only the last day before the flight, what then is very sorry. Large assortment, very good prices, service at altitude.

  • Thank goodness that a few places like this have survived the "touristisation" of Trastevere. A genuine local cheese, Salumi and wine emporium.... a real blast from the past. Such nice staff and such great products.
  • Great place to buy food to travel back to your place. We bought cheese and pancetta, and it was awesome. Staff is super friendly and the food was awesome.
  • The owner was there and you can tell he loves what he does. It shows in his work, the cheeses and meats there are fantastic.
  • The best cheese shop in the world. I dare you to walk by and not purchase something. We ordered a piccolo-sized pecorino cheese wedge, small corallina di norcia sausage, and chianti -- the perfect snack.
  • It's the wikipedia entry for guanciale, I mean come on.
