  • We discovered this centuries-old traditional grocery by chance, she was 100ml of our hotel. Atmosphere at the old products of first quality at affordable prices. This is not a tourist like the can sometimes be found in this neighborhood. Take out your fresh food on the plane, they are put under vacuum.

  • Only for old products quality, first carefully chosen, passion and experience and then put up for sale. We can start from the black crust of pecorino Lazio strictly selected pastures with sausage, ricotta, arriving at couples or ciauscolo. What about the cheese; Bra (CN) by the Piedmontese to fontina, still in veneto or del friuli. But to list them all, we omit someone. Read reviews (many and all overwhelmingly positive) depict what you find really going to the old racket in Trastevere. Roberto to school broadcasts with his characteristic courtesy all the passion for his important work that has kept over the years, making difficult choices of high quality, courtesy and absolutely in line with the market. When we are grandparents of Rome pecorino di Roberto never fails; and when we get back to Turin? No problem ... stock up to the limit of the possible! Good trip to all the scents and flavors. • Thank goodness that a few places like this have survived the "touristisation" of Trastevere. A genuine local cheese, Salumi and wine emporium.... a real blast from the past. Such nice staff and such great products.
  • Great place to buy food to travel back to your place. We bought cheese and pancetta, and it was awesome. Staff is super friendly and the food was awesome.
  • The owner was there and you can tell he loves what he does. It shows in his work, the cheeses and meats there are fantastic.
  • The best cheese shop in the world. I dare you to walk by and not purchase something. We ordered a piccolo-sized pecorino cheese wedge, small corallina di norcia sausage, and chianti -- the perfect snack.
  • It's the wikipedia entry for guanciale, I mean come on.
