  • Very nice package. Fantasy landscape. I also recommend the panoramic view from afar della rocca taking walk a path that starts from the base of the rock and leaving the country.

  • Seen from outside the Castle and the fortress perched on a spur are definitely worth a stop, because you don't really have no equal. Too bad once you get inside (the access is subject to charges) but also all around, you get the sense of decay and the magic a while vanishes. Really a shame. Some places are valued. Sorry to say but in countries that are not the Italy with much much less attract many but many more tourists. Yet another wasted opportunity. In this beautiful Region but abandoned.

  • My husband and I, we went on several castles in this last trip to Europe. But, really, to visit this castle was unforgettable. Besides the super visual that we had him, Silvano, our guide was super nice. It's worth going through this castle! For us it was indescribable!

  • Beatiful place. Nice to visit in september, during the evening. Not crowded
  • The refurbishment works completed about 15 years ago made this castle a little gem in the core of Abruzzo. It was exactly 18 years since my last visit and despite the size of the castle are not impressive, the location and shape are something remarkable you should not miss if you come in Abruzzo.
  • If you like medieval defensive structures this is a must see, Amazingly cool Castle! Sadly most of information is only in Italian so for the rest us that don't read Italian will have to just imagine that history of this place :s
  • Molto carino e rilassante.
  • A beautiful castle preserved in accordance with the original materials and structures. Perched on a rocky spur overlooking a panorama of 360°. There are drinking fountains and restrooms along the way. Very good ticket at € 3.00 the whole is free of charge for children under a certain age (I think 10 years) more info on the site of the fortress.
