  • Before coming to Casa de Santa Rita tried to go the Basilica at Cascia but unfortunately was closed due to the earthquake of 30/10, I was very upset but when I got to the House where Santa Rita was born I felt an emotion so strong that the frustration of not having gone the Basilica is gone. The House in addition to being a fun is a fantastic energy. We were able to stay for more than 30 minutes alone in the House (empty city because Cascia was practically closed), we saw every room with calm and we were able to pray a lot. The Santa Rita room is lovely, the bed there with your coffee table. The House has some pictures of Santa Rita and preserved furniture of the time. The photos help you visualize the scene. For who is a devotee of Santa Rita or admire its history is simply unmissable. Loved it!

  • This was the House where lived Santa Rita from her wedding day until the day he entered the convent was then "trasmormata" in a small church, very beautiful and evocative. On the altar there is a beautiful painting of the Saint, very very big. A place not to be missed. He breathes wherever the presence of Santa Rita. A sense of peace and tranquility.

  • It's a small house, free entry, there was nobody when we went. They don't know if she was really born in this House, but her parents have lived there and she also. The House has a bedroom, a kitchen, cellar and above the course of Saint rita from birth
