  • Visited on the occasion of Porc, la Rocca enjoyed; sincere congratulations to the Guide, which has kept our attention throughout the visit, telling us the history of the Castle, his anecdotes and the antics that led to its construction. It was a pleasure to observe the various specialties of the building thanks to precise descriptions that we were provided. Without a doubt, the visit is well worth the ticket price. Congratulations! My sincere appreciation to the guides, who showed us the Rocca and its peculiarities in a very engaging way, helping us enjoying the tour. The place is very nice, with beatiful decorations, typical wine/vinegar cellars and a romantic history. Worth a visit.

  • 6 € guided tour. Very good the guy who checked us, was just us three and the story of the history of the castle we were very attracted. Beautiful halls, frescoes and furnishings all donated to the lover by the owner. After the tour we admired the vinegar factory, tasted the vinegar, and purchased certain products.

  • In ' 400 l location was in fief to Rossi, whose most famous exponent was undoubtedly Pier Maria. The rectangular fortress, with 2 bastions and a central tower, was founded by Earl for his mistress, Bianca Pellegrini, hence the name of Roccabianca. Today, for retaliation, after Venus, Roccabianca is the turn of Bacchus. In fact, there are seasoned in thrashing nocini and spirits of a local distillery. The rich array of artistic Court went Meanwhile dispersed around the world. Among other things, an interesting astrological cycle, attributed to Nicolò da Varallo, is now reassembled in the castello Sforzesco in Milan. Within the mighty central tower there is the reproduction of frescoes inspired by the Hundredth news of the Decameron and the astrological cycle of Pier Maria Rossi.

  • Roccabianca castle is one of the oldest castle in Italy I'm been visiting there every Wednesday because I work there and to see how things get going
  • The building is immaculately maintained and is healthy. Praticamenre is located in the city centre, surrounded by other buildings that they hide it. It is surrounded by a ditch deep enough and the entrance is reached by a wooden bridge. Too bad that the Interior was not accessible, the Castle opens at specific days and times and on the net we had not found the correct information. That's why I give it one star missing because I have no way of judging the Interior. Account of returning in the future.
