  • I am very familiar with the work of Aalto having visited Finland; I'm not an architect, but his style seems to be synthesized as rational, see some colleges and the construction of terraced buildings in his native country. Here instead the imagination, almost irrational had sioravvento; from the outside it looks like an old factory by jagged profile, but inside (if you can find the entrance that is placed on the left coming from the parking lot) is characterized by beautiful white ridges that refine the structure making it in his own way homey although strips (the baptistery is a perfect example ...) and ridiculously high and wide.

  • Nordic architecture in the Rhine River Valley and the history of the project and construction told details L corner with the baptistery is lovely as bright with Windows facing scenically ... very few traditional Nordic tradition, artistic details

  • The church designed by architect Alvar Aalto could be a building away from anywhere in the world, but here the effect is even more alienating. Around here at winning are hills, rivers, the facts of old houses highlighting even more the effect of this church. In all this is perhaps one of the few modern churches to have reworked the space giving a meaning to the sacredness and rituality. Once inside it seems like everything you bring to the altar, it seems that the light coming from the ceiling of glass has a mystical nature and the white blanket that envelops all recalls the belly of a ship that travels placid toward a safe harbor.
