Bella gita sul trenino che parte dal porto e si inerpica per portarti alle cave all'aperto. The great thing for us is the view from the train and the surrounding landscape with the ground in some places it is all a sbirluccichio. Arrived at the quarry they give you pick and bag to collect pyrite and Hematite. Interesting Museum which allows you to see the beautiful island also in a different light, and that is the power of its remote and recent past tied to minerals. Very nice. There is an audio guide along the path of the train. Personally, although I see that experience already is welcome as it is, I think it would be stunning with some interactive aspects of the Museum and/or teacher or a geologist or an expert that complements or replaces the audioguide often covered by noise.show original
Abbiamo fatto la visita del museo più la gita in trenino. Museo piccolo ma tutto sommato caratteristico. Visita divertente con tanto di prova da minatori. Consigliato! We made a visit to the Museum over the tour by train. Small museum but overall characteristic. Visit fun with proof by miners. Recommended!show original

Simone GrippaInteresting and looked after the Museum with minerals and fossils in addition to reconstructions depicting life in mine:-) Pleasant excursion on the train with a full description of the environments that you cross. Nice also in the mining area for the answer. Particularly appreciated by children but not only!show original
Simone GanapiniWe have been to Rio Marina mineral Park, with visit on the train at open-pit mining, and Museum. All this costs € 12 per person without charging the 1 year old daughter (who was in her arms on the train). While traveling in the train there is a recorded voice that explains everything, then you stopped to pick up some minerals. All I liked it although I expected a bit more, especially the equipment you see on tour are positioned as if they were on display, but still interesting!show original
Alessandro B.The train ride is inteessante although it does not have a clear idea of the various open-cast mines. The time of collection of minerals is very entertaining though then one wonders what to do with ... The Museum from an idea of the tools used in this work so heavy and well worth a visitshow original
Federico GagliardeNice Museum where besides the minerals there are reproductions of underground galleries really well done. The ticket cost 2.5 euros worth. If it were possible it would be interesting to do a guided tour.show original
Giovanni DiassiseVery nice!show original
