  • Never seen before and never heard of while living from 50 years in Rome. The lago del Salto is a real Pearl for relax. Very easy to reach, you can have a nice swim in the municipal beaches (without throw anything away and maybe picking up some garbage thrown by troglodytes on duty to dispose of it in the bins lake front). You can do water skiing to the club that trained world champions, bring your bike by the ring of 45 km on the road in plain, you may draw with permission wonderful fish, you can visit the monastery of St Philippa and that lovely Museum which houses many paintings donated by master Guttuso, medieval villages that make up Italy's largest central corolla reservoir , great restaurants and most importantly: no huddle. PS: look at the official results of the water quality of the Lake by the harp and take a swim at 26° for Enterococci of ZERO!
