  • My husband and I spent a week at the farm/Petting Zoo of Campogelato, and we were very pleased with the choice we made! The site can be easily reached and is ideal as a base from which to many sights in the area. The facility is cozy and clean, don't miss the quiet and contact with nature and the farm animals, perfect, so even for families with children, who can play outdoors safely. The owners are very kind and helpful; Ms Rita is fantastic in exalting products and culinary traditions of the area and not only, varying daily menu with great wisdom, preparing with his hands the cheese, fresh pasta and bread, meats, jams and cakes always proposing to her and cooking delicious dishes! We want to remember her husband frank and his son Stefano, competent in their hard work and always friendly, people who send the attachment to the land and the love for nature and animals. We hope one day to be back! A hug Paola and Joseph

  • Great reception of the teacher Rita and her son Stephen. Really great food made with products from the farm. Us and our son had the chance to sit all afternoon in contact with animals (cows, goats, sheep, peacocks, turkeys, geese, pigs, chickens and dogs delightful). We could feed it, take the eggs, watch the milking and tasting the fresh milk! I mean simple and representative of the country life! Well connected to the Franciscan sanctuary of Fonte Colombo.

  • Finally a real farm where the warm hospitality is not an alternative to the many daily activities of agriculture and livestock. We drank fresh milk, ate the cheese just made. But all without the traditional stagings of certain holiday cottages exclusively for tourists. Will be back for sure
