  • The Cathedral, dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta, appears today as an architectural complex: the Church, the crypt, the baptistery and the Bell Tower. Very rich and beautiful inside and outside. Really worth seeing!

  • It is the Cathedral of Rieti, situated in the historical centre right in an area that has recently been paved. Remains in a quiet place, full of clubs and bars. The Church is beautiful, perfectly cured. Open top and bottom, in fact at the bottom there is what is commonly referred to as "Crypt" but is actually the lower Basilica. You do not pay entrance fees. You can watch freely to all the masses. From there you can travel to visit the Palace and the entire town. It is in a limited traffic zone attention to gates! But the historic centre of Rieti vista safely. Nice to see!
