  • Palazzo Magnani was built at the beginning of the 17 century Earl of Becky and for over a century was the family estate. Then passed from hand to hand, and got its current name after its owner since the beginning of the 20 century Magnani. Joseph Magnani was a passionate collector of art objects, and it is through his son Luigi, this collection is available for art lovers. After the death of Luigi Magnani, the municipality of Reggio Emilia the Palazzo was purchased, otrestarirovano and converted into a museum.

  • on the occasion of the exhibition "Liberty" visit to this beautiful building downtown. beautiful rooms with painted in an admirable way. The rooms are very nice and fully suited for the rich exhibitions that are held. Little note on the lights of the exhibits that most avoid total areas sprucing shadows or dazzle that do not enhance the works themselves.

  • I used the first floor for about 3 months for training young departing for internships abroad. I found a great welcome from the staff and lots of availability. For reasons of time I have unfortunately not had the chance to visit the exhibition space.
