  • The Cafe there was terrible in terms of queuing logistics, service and food. Firstly, you will need to queue up open air under the heat of June to go into the store and cafe. We wanted to go out to pick up a voucher to use in the cafe, the security said we have to queue up again when we get in! The staff at the cafe were not friendly even there are only a few customers and they had nothing to do! We ordered a tuna and mayo burger, a tuna pizza and a roast beef panini. The bread were all stale, hard and barely warm, the meat was plain and tough. We could never imagine this quality of food was served in such a branded cafe! In comparison, the fast food at the Milan train station was even better.
  • Great selection for men and women. Not too much jewelry. Lots of shoes, clothes, scarves, belts, purses, and handbags. The line to get in and checkout can be long. Price is heavily discounted but still very expensive.
  • Great staff and no need to say anything about their excellent products. Also great cafe on the terrace.
  • would say this is the main attraction of this place. good selection, decent price. not a huge Gucci fan. but comfortable store to shop.
  • In Gucci, there were tons of purses, scarfs, clothes, shoes and sunglasses. I am not a big fan of Gucci, but I did want a pair of sun glasses. Compared with the Prada store, Gucci is not as crowded, but the selection is not as diverse as Prada’s. After all the shopping, we were staving and can’t wait to for another hour to go back to Florence to grab lunch. We went to go Gucci Cafe, which is located on the top floor of the Gucci store. This is the most popular cafe in the area and serve the best food in area! This is a cafeteria style restaurant with different food counter, including a pizza/panini bar, hot food bar, and dessert/bakery bar. Look at all these beautiful food! They are not only good looking, they were delicious! They had pasta, pizza, sandwiches, and lots of deserts.
