  • Interesting basilica near the Museo del Mar. The square in front of the Basilica, which completes an interesting visit.

  • I was on vacation in Ravenna with my and my two dogs, since they accept them everywhere I brought! We begin our visit here, we make 2 pictures on the outside and then seeing that there was no function, I approach the front door with my dogs (4 and 6 kg) I nicknamed and kicked badly saying that that was a church dogs are dirty and are not creatures of God. I don't know about you, but I don't usually sleep ever happened, ste drama tell you kindly that you cannot sign in, this was the priest! I left quietly saying that if he was going to heaven are happy to go to hell with my dogs. Terrible experience. There are ways and ways. Rudeness is not among my. STRONGLY DISCOURAGED even those without animals, since historically speaking is worthless because it was renovated. EVIL.

  • The Church of Santa Maria in Porto, built in the 16th-18th centuries, is famous for its magnificent façade, modified in the second half of the 18th century by architect Camillo Morigia, who chose to superimpose the neoclassical style to Baroque today visible at the bottom. The Interior looks great and solemn, divided into three naves are connected by a large transept surmounted by a high dome. On the left side you will find a marble sculpture in bas-relief, probably Venetian, dating from the 11th and 12th centuries, depicting the Virgin Mary in a prayerful attitude. The image is known as the "Madonna Greca" because, according to tradition, it came miraculously to Ravenna from Constantinople. There are valuable paintings by Palma il Giovane and the Scarsellino.
