  • The sanctuary is located in the hills above Rapallo I reached following the path that leads to the handle of the Ruta di Camogli lumen. Starting from the ancient Church you take the path marked by two empty red dots. The trail climbs gently through forests of various trees and pratose areas with beautiful views on the coast side Genoa. In about 1:30 you come to a grassy saddle where is a small hut with barbecue where you can take the steep climb to Santuario di Caravaggio, very panoramic point from where you can descend further north and take the path to the handle of the lumen.

  • A place where you get only, Hoofing it for over an hour, relaxing and well maintained. The sanctuary was renovated a few years ago by volunteers. It is worth to understand it in a walk.

  • Beautiful walk. Starting from Rapallo we traveled by car Via Savagna, Salita San Giovanni and parked right in front of the small church of San Giovanni Battista. In about an hour you reach the sanctuary and you have a beautiful view at 360 degrees!
