  • I was looking for a good bakery in the Centre of Ragusa and through TripAdvisor I decided together with my girlfriend to try this! Delicious desserts and very cheap. only slight? The waiter came to the table after ten minutes despite being occupied only a few tables in the Hall (and we weren't checking any menu)!

  • This year Christmas has had the valuable and ancient flavor Easter sweets. In a pack of culture and elegance, evoking all the flavour of authentic Sicily, far from that of the products marketed in Rome under the brand trinacrio. Some cakes were for me the absolute novelty: buccellato, country ice cream, cookies, sweet Savoy mucatoli. Full flavors, away from my gastronomic tradition. After the initiation to these unusual flavours I can hardly help myself, especially of mucatoli and their different textures soft/crunchy. Of almond paste, instead, I was always tasty, but the almonds are from industrial sophistication and real now I understand the difference. Panettone has reconciled with Candied peel: the real ones are not stones hard and tasteless. This cake will melt in your mouth and blend to a paste fluffy and crispy Almond Glaze disseminated sublime. Savoy cake deserves a special mention. In my opinion it is not a cake label as a purely siculo. Are the ingredients in their excellence. The flavor, however goes far beyond its borders. Is a universal flavor, like most of the Sacher. In fact, when you enjoy this cake, or a slice of your panettone .... everything else can wait.
