  • The castle of Ragogna is located in San Pietro. Damaged during the earthquake of 1976, for some years was reopened to the public on weekends. The landscape that surrounds the ancient castle, is very impressive. The walls are decorated with several towers and a beautiful entrance portal. Inside is a series of buildings, among which stands out the keep, transformed into a mansion in the modern era. Extraordinary views of the Tagliamento.

  • The Upper Castle of Ragogna is highly recommended if you do tourism in this area, offers spectacular views on the Tagliamento River, towards the Middle Friuli and also towards the mountain. Unfortunately the earthquake, and especially to certain earthquakes is hard to resist, and the original remains little or nothing, as well as placement. From vintage photo display inside apparently back in ' 75 before the big bang the Castle did not enjoy good health. Admission is free, and the site well maintained and clean, the Tower I found it empty, but probably used for exhibitions and other activities. Having said that the reconstruction is interesting and probably a duty. The Archer stylized you can't watch.

  • Small renovated Castle near San Daniele, in Ragogna, at the foot of Mount Muris. Well restored can be a great place to admire the view of the bed of the Tagliamento or starting point for visiting the sites of the first world war all along the Monte Muris
