  • It is a sacred place in our Constitution, born in the mountains and written in blood. There's the charm of the mountain and if you are silent, listening to the echo of our fallen heroes.

  • We set off by car from Turin towards Viù Valley, one of the Lanzo valleys and after 1 and a half hour trip we arrived at our destination. The colle del Lys is approximately 1700 meters. altitude. From there you can enjoy a beautiful view. On the one hand, the Valley of Viù, very green and cloaked in Woods and pine forests. Across the Valley of Susa, which can access across the country by Rubiana. There are meadows, where you can sunbathe and relax after a nice walk on the trails that branch off from the Hill. Interesting Partisan trail, which retraces the paths used by partisans during the resistance. On the way back we took a side trip to Viù, a charming village where you can buy a great family "salami and the equally delicious cheese, as toma di lanzo! We will definitely return!

  • It is a hill that even in summer, lets dive into nature between the Val di Susa and Lanzo; We climb from Almese-Rubiana and the road gets more and more narrow, but asphalted and protected anyway; at the top of the hill there is a refuge, the beautiful stone and the cylindrical torricella trails that connect the nearby mountains; There are also RV, but unfortunately the many clouds do not allow us to appreciate the scenery; descending towards Viù there are for villages and beautiful old houses, nate for vacationing in the cooler.
