  • I went to the island with my partner in late September and can say that it is just spectacular!! The nature is magnificent and sufficiently cured, you live peace and tranquillity and the historical sights are gorgeous ... Sadly it remains very disappointed by bad management: as soon as it arrives, go down to the pier still festooned from a tattered tulle sadly (explosive remnants sure a wedding commercialissimo also arrived here ... salamone!) the only restaurant that is there is in a dilapidated farmhouse that serves food of poor quality like a canteen. shame because Umbria is full of farmers who produce organic excellence and not and maybe get them to eat in a place like the island would be great. The bar does by some miracle coffee but everything seems to be really abandoned. I repeat ... the nature is stunning but management should not be ashamed! (Pity!! 25 years ago was a treasure to see, visit and live)

  • It is the second year staying on the island for the famous event in which science explains to children by scientists from around the world. Definitely an enjoyable day in which nature welcomes you in a special atmosphere. The only draw back is the cleanliness of toilets that during the event have never been cleaned and were also filled with spiders.

  • ... lovely place where nature is the host ... a walk around the island which makes it slow the passage of time and that everything is admirable ... be sure to move from the farm "Il Poggio" ...
