  • Planning my tour for the salento and driven by the desire to not attend too places on the coast, I document on a "town" with five thousand five hundred inhabitants (more or less) called Presicce. Now I'm struck by the beauty of this country, rich in old mills that have so much history to tell. An underground route very lovely and quaint that guests visiting Presicce, can not visit! Ancient underground crushers, disused and abandoned until recently! Things to do more and above all things to advertise more; maybe even raising the political ruling class because Presicce must live also in tourism and is little known (in my humble opinion). An attraction to visit since nowadays we lose much more time to see and observe things that are almost nil

  • A magically enchanted place where, unfortunately, until recently, he lived in a humanly unacceptable for humans and animals. Must see in order to know a part of our history.

  • during a week long trip to Santa Maria di Leuca, with friends we took a guided tour of the old mills. Worth a visit (Board Wizard, the pro loco is available) to underground oil mills, you will be astonished! Vist the Guide
