    The restaurant is gone but the building remains worthwhile. Numerous frescoes and stuccoes of the victory of World War I. The Avenue leading to the Palace offers to its limit the ancient door on Livenza where were docked the boats coming from or bound for Venice.

    Writing this review (.... which then it is not at all!) it costs me a lot!! It cost me in terms of ... SADNESS-AMARCORD-REGRETS-DISBELIEF-AWE-SHOCK-etc etc etc ... ... ... ... ... ... and why? Because the management of this magnificent venue for so many decades saw celebrate all manner of occurrence (Baptisms-Communions-Christenings-wedding-high profile-get-togethers excelled) decided to "throw in the towel" and then close the activity! Must have been certainly a decision very painful from the owners, but I think the costs of running such a reality have become in recent times really unsustainable given the time "dry spell" racing ... ... Shame ... shame really, for this last act and there remains the memory of happier times gone by!

    We dined at two, thanks to a smart box received as a gift: clarification not useless, since often you read reviews not quite benevolent on this type of service. Our experience has even gone beyond expectations in a positive way. Seafood dinner: tuna tartare salad and prosecco like welcome; tasty appetizer; potato gnocchi with ragout of crustaceans and molluscs; sea bass baked in salt, Parfait to various types of chocolate and passion fruit; a great sauvignon. Coffee and grappa di amarone drunk outside, under the magnificent portico of the separate wing from the villa: despite the temperature coating pan, the view of the villa and the Park, in addition to the goodness of grappa, has sealed a perfect dinner. Nice and kind, as well as good, the maitre d ' and sommelier; welcome the greeting of the owners, who have welcomed the occupants of every table, stopping to chat with everyone. The class is not water! And by the way ... The restaurant and wine bar offer an outstanding wine list, selected and presented according to the type of Berry, with careful and personal choice of good and excellent products at reasonable prices, in addition to sublime from Veneto, Tuscany, Piedmont, to all the best of every Italian region and many proposals from all over the world, France and Spain in the lead.

    The environment of the hotel is very nice, a Venetian villa of prestige and well maintained. The rooms that are not suites but are not up to par and the price offered disappointing forecasts. Nice pool in the garden, but too many mosquitoes. Great potential not exploited

    the building is a former residence of a wealthy Patriarch of Venice, dating from the 18th century, is surrounded by a large park with a swimming pool and two Whirlpools with very hot water. In front of the entrance there is the bus stop for Venice. All rooms are very comfortable and elegantly decorated with antique furniture. All of the rooms are serviced by air conditioners and free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The hotel offers a rich buffet breakfast. The hotel also offers to its customers and free bicycles, the staff is very friendly and helpful to everyone.
