  • Very nice from the outside, a truly original and attractive structure, sadly bare inside, but you can't have everything. However it takes so little to visit that it is worth!

  • The Church is located at the entrance of the village of Poppi and meets before arriving at the Castello dei Conti Guidi. Beautiful church history, built as a thank you from citizens to be escaped the plague. It is octagonal and is accessed through a small porch. The Interior is simple but still impressive, like most churches in this area

  • The Oratory of the Madonna against, this is his real name, is right in the middle of the country and is the first thing you see if you arrive. The exterior resembles the chapel of Buontalenti at pratolino, Firenze, like other domes of the city. To know that the oratory does not belong to the Church but of the people who built it as a Thanksgiving for the narrow escape of the famous black plague. Within the Fellowship of Oratory, which manages all aspects of the structure, are trying to restore the original canvas that was placed on the high altar in outline of the Holy image of our Lady. The canvas, remained hidden for years in the basement of Palazzo Pitti, has now been raised to Arezzo for restoration. At the entrance of the Church the explanation. Advice to give to those who can, for both renovations for the maintenance of the Church which, I repeat, is borne by the population (at least to those concerned). Great finally as a place for private ceremonies and intimate. As a curiosity I would add that the first Sunday in October is the feast of our Lady which Poppi celebrates with a solemn procession carrying shouldering the sacred image through the village streets.
