  • Temple very well preserved, very close to the Forum, it is almost impossible not to visit him. Super recommended.

  • The Temple of Apollo is one of the symbols of Pompeii and then is unmissable. Undoubtedly what remains is of artistic value.

  • The Temple of Apollo is one of the oldest Romanesque temple of ancient Pompeii. The construction is traced between the 8th and 7th century BC and according to the testimony apparently was an area used for religious site of the altars. In THERE was erected the first building, which had the roof covered with terracotta decorated. Nice indeed!

  • The temple of Apollo is very old and also it is Pompeii's most important religious building. Some statues have been recovered with the excavations. These are now in the National Archeological Museum of Naples, though copies of two of them, one representing Apollo, the other a bust of his sister Diana, have been placed where the originals were found. A must see in Pompeii. Do not miss._
  • I loved walking the streets and seeing the historic Roman Ruins. As I was walking I could envision crowded street with women tending to their children, men taking care of business and hear the Roman chariots coming through the streets. It was truly a highlight during my tour of Italy. Our tour guide Roberto was an excellent story teller.
  • One of the coolest places I have visited in my entire life, being able to see historic Roman ruins still in great shape was encredibly. One of my greatest memories when visiting Europe.
  • Temple of Apollo. Impressive.
  • I think this makes you wonder if there was gods
