  • I liked the theater, although not say he something significantly different from other amphitheaters of the ancient world. It is currently used for pad submissions and various signs (for example, namalevany rooms seats on stages) few spoil the impression.

  • It's interesting how the ancient people had the ability for large buildings. The theater is pretty cool to be visited.

  • I love seeing places that I read and learn about in school. This was one of the places and its amazing that after all these years it still exists.  more »

  • Pompeii's Great Theatre is very well preserved. The visitor can have a first hand experience of the marvel of construction of ancient theatres and their unique acoustics.
  • The most impressive place in Pompei. You can sear in first row as roman patricians and image how everything happened 2000 years ago. It's condition is very good.
  • A great theatre in the ancient city of Pompeii. Very picturesque and relaxing. A nice place to pause in your exploration of the area.
  • Like everything else of Pompeii make sure you get yourself a great tour guide that you can understand. Ours had memorized her lines in English but had no idea what she was actually saying. Don't miss the vomitorium at the top of the stairs. Lol
  • Cool attraction. If you are in Pompei it is absolutely worth to go and see it.
