Spiaggia del Relitto, Pomonte

(4.4/5 based on 380+ reviews on the web)
Explore the fascinating shores that surround Spiaggia del Relitto, a small beach with superb snorkeling and scuba-diving opportunities. While the picturesque seaside scenery is an attraction in itself, the beach is best known for the wrecked cargo ship that sits around 200 m (656 ft) away from its shoreline. Crystal-clear waters and a shallow seafloor mean visitors can glimpse this impressive rusty husk. Wear flip-flops to protect your feet on the pebbly beach. • Just a form to be able to live a real worthwhile experience. The wreck is plainly visible without necessarily plunging and can also be reached by swimming if you have a good stroke or pedalos can be rented on the beach. It was a nice family mment, including toddler.

  • Located on the West coast of the island in an area frequently battered by the wind, and made up of large stones, so the advice to lovers of windsurfing, kitesurfing, and if you go for a swim in the stretch of beach to the South, the one near the island, you can go and see the wreck which is just a few metres below the surface of the sea. If you're at the beach, bring some sneakers because the stones will put a strain on your feet ...
