  • We visited the fortress at night, it was a good experience, although the Council to visit by day especially on a clear day so to see virtually half Tuscany. Interesting the history that is behind, driving fun and never boring, perhaps excessive price of guided tour (to be paid almost by surprise, at the end of the lap before exiting from the walls).

  • We decided to visit the fortress without informing us much, we decided on the spot is we followed the directions ... Unfortunately from pomarance the way to go is really great and we got there we discover that there is a quarter of an hour by foot. with the baby in the stroller cannot be done, our error not asking before

  • Beautiful Rocca in a prominent position on a hill about 530 m high. Offers a beautiful panorama in 360 degrees. Entrance plus Guide to 3 euros. Competent Guide helpful and interesting. Worth a visit if you are in the area ... you come by car/bike to a parking lot, from there you walk for 15 minutes. Of course it's not the Coliseum ... Is a fortress dating back to 900 which became over the centuries, some negative comment I've read it seems unfair ...
