  • The gray day in late October didn't stop us capture the magic of these places almost fairies: the University of gastronomic Sciences, the wine Bank and the Agency (now hotel) gathered in the Palace that, together with the Church of San Vittore, framing a beautiful square which is accessed after covering one side of the street at the time of the Romans (Pollentia) stood an amphitheatre still visible if you look at the building of houses around the space it occupied. The wine Bank, visited with or without tasting, allows to jump in all the regions of Italy represented here with their wines and is an original idea.

The historic estate Albertina, hosting the Castle (medieval source, then of neo-Gothic, Mannerist font then conformation with Renaissance elements), the neo-Gothic church of s. Vittore, the wine Bank (brilliant "safe" of the most prestigious wines), the property of the Agency (with the adjoining Garden restaurant), etc., saw recognized its importance by the U.N.E.S.C.O. with its inclusion in the World Heritage Site of the Savoy residences. The entire complex is kept in an exemplary manner and is divided into a very functional.
