  • Who had the idea to form the wine Bank has had a brilliant idea, one of Italian excellence surely deserved a temple and this was designed in a great spot, close to an important archaeological site, within the Centro Direzionale Savoy holds in a context which sees grouped the University of gastronomic Sciences Studies, with its services and the operational headquarters of Slow Food. A place to visit.

  • Already the idea of making a wine Bank is splendid. But if you find friendly then the visit becomes fascinating. Don't expect a Museum of cooperage or Roman amphorae. Is a wine Bank that tells you how they are made and how to recognize a great wine bottles, for example, the type of Cork used for the CAP. Tasting ticket (I had the one with two tastings, my wife without) costs 10 euros but worth it. The wines are great.
