  • The Palace of the bishops is externally composed by an open gallery, on the first floor, in the Gothic style and restored in 1981. The vaults are enriched with an important and suggestive archaeological excavations path. Out of the ordinary are an Etruscan Fiesole, a Roman furnace type stelae and some sections of walls dating back to the ancient Pistoriae. He is open to the public and open a rare example of Stratigraphic excavation Museum. The Bishop's Palace was built in the form of fortified Palace in the year 1000, but its current appearance dates back to the 12th century when it was transformed into a mansion. It was the residence of Bishops for 8 centuries.

  • One of many important sites of Pistoia, all collected in the beautiful Piazza del Duomo. You see it was a Palace rich, full of charm and history to tell. It is also home to the Museum. To visit.

  • A little-known Museum to Pistoia and to tourists. Includes various collections, objects but worth a visit especially for the beautiful tapestry called millefiori, single piece in a large hall, visited by appointment. The prestigious collection of paintings of the Florentine poet's donation from 600 Piro Bigongiari. Unique rustic frescoes by Giovanni Boldini.
