  • The Town Hall, used for civic uses, has a beautiful façade adorned with mullioned Windows. His erection was started during the 12th century, reached its present appearance only in the 14th century and underwent a major internal restructuring during the sixteenth century. On the façade are the Medici coat of arms along with the head of the King of Majorca, Head Nigger killed by a captain of Pistoia in 1114. The Interior is decorated with beautiful frescos dating back to the sixteenth century and you will find the "documentation centre Giovanni Michelucci" in addition to the Museum which is the most important exhibition of the entire city. It represents the entire history of art of the city, includes works from the ecclesiastical deletions made in the 18th and 19th centuries, bequests, donations (like interra and important collection Puccini) and works of ancient communal property.

  • Not or visited the Museum due to lack of time, but the Town Hall is very nice, old enough, is an image of what must have been the beautiful Renaissance Pistoia. You can't miss it since it lies in its rich (monuments) of the Piazza del Duomo.

  • Beautiful whole square where stands this beautiful 13th-century building. The inner court is wonderful.
