  • The Guelph Tower is part of the old Citadel. It's a monument to visitors which is part of the Museum system for citizen, within which there is a single ticket for all museums and monuments of the town, Opera del Duomo and the Superintendence of Pisa.Si hopes this cumulative ticket helps tourists to visit this bizantine building, so far not much known outside the city and beyond. Inside are exposed arms from various city buildings. You can climb to the top if you want to climb up a ladder of approximately 200 steps. I would recommend it because it is rewarded with a view of the city truly remarkable. Do only 3 points because the current Tower is the faithful reconstruction of the XV century, which took place after its destruction during the blitz of World War II.

  • It is the Tower of the Citadel! An ancient fortress close to military arsenals, destroyed during World War II and then rebuilt almost faithfully. Facing little + next headed for the city centre are the arsenali medicei

  • Why many here think that the Torre Guelfa, the leaning tower not really opens me. It is a part of the old city walls on the River, and is left up to nature itself. It is a quiet place to a little to let dangle the soul and gänzich free of tourists.
