  • Quite a pretty square though much of it is covered up and undergoing restoration. The painted municipal buildings are interesting but really it is only a place to pass through. Nowhere to sit or eat.....  more

  • I did not expect so a beautiful place in Pisa. I did not know it existed. I very recommend this place.

  • this square was a surprise, knew nothing about it until we walking into the square from a side street. It has a great 360 panorama. The church is also unusual with it's nautical theme and artifacts.

  • You'll most likely walk through this plaza on the way to seeing the leaning tower and the Duomo. It is a nice place though a bit austere without trees, greenery or any protection from the sun or the elements. Buildings are fairly standard Italian townhouses other than the splendid Palazzo della Carovana with its frescoed façade and Palazzo dell'Orologio which are worth a second look
  • Worth visit this beautiful square while in Pisa. Its 100 times nicer when you see the square with your eyes rather seeing it on pictures. Definately recomended place in Pisa.
  • Good place very near to the leaning tower of Pisa. The square is nice and usually not crowded. The statue is also good ! It's old architecture building in Pisa.
  • Wide square with old styled italian buildings. It's a little piece of art not far from the leaning tower. Some benches would be nice, also because it's a place you only pass by..
  • Historical place , need to be renewed, take care from thief … beside the Domplatz of Pisa
